Free Greece

These days, farmers from Thebes came in Syntagma square to advertise that their products are free of pollution.
But the Athenians, received this as free food ration for potatoes and onions.
I wondered: why so much 10 thousands of people waiting for 1 hour in the line to take food valued 2 euros?
Were there homeless, immigrants, mad? No, ordinary long-term unemployed persons was.
How many of you if lost your job tomorrow, will go and wait 1 hour for 2 euros?

You will say, our fellows committing suicide because they cannot see themselves so.

But there is a third way.
Stand up and fight. 
Proud youth, Honored old-aged people, Pandeli. Fight back, Now! Before signing the PSI. 
The war has started, tomorrow will be too late. 


Αυτές τις μέρες, Θηβαίοι αγρότες ήρθαν στο Σύνταγμα για να διαφημίσουν ότι τα προϊόντα τους δεν περιέχουν χρώμιο.
Όμως οι Αθηναίοι αστοί, το εξέλαβαν για κατοχικό συσσίτιο και μάλιστα με πατάτες και κρεμμύδια.
Αναρωτήθηκα: Γιατί τόσος 10 χιλιάδες κόσμος περίμενε για 1 ώρα, σε μια ουρά για να πάρει φαγητό αξίας 2 ευρώ;
Ήσαν άστεγοι, περιθωριακοί, μετανάστες, τρελοί; Όχι. Άνεργοι ήταν. Μακροχρόνια άνεργοι. Πόσοι από σας αν χάσετε τη δουλειά σας αύριο θα πάτε να περιμένετε 1 ώρα για 2 ευρώ;
Θα μου πείτε, συνάνθρωποί μας αυτοκτονούν γιατί δεν μπορούν να δουν τον εαυτό τους έτσι.

Υπάρχει όμως και τρίτος δρόμος.
Αντισταθείτε.
Αντισταθείτε περήφανα νιάτα, τιμημένα γερατειά, Παντελή, Τώρα! 
Βγες στους δρόμους σήμερα, πριν υπογράψουν το PSI 
Ο πόλεμος έχει αρχίσει, αύριο θα είναι αργά.

Golden patriotism

Everything depends on the need for food ( the need to survive ). 

 

In early societies patriotism was the link between ethnic or family groups and helped them to develop social and political consistency.

Nowadays we have nothing to gain from patriotism. We have nothing to gain making a war. The only enemy that stands between us and the food are the markets. 

Who is responsible for the economic depression? The markets. 

Who is responsible for the people on the streets? The markets. 

But the markets are not only a name. They are the people behind big companies like Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers and other institutions, that are called "golden boys". All of them, together with the shareholders are the enemies of people.

So, we don't need to make wars with our neighbors, but make inside wars. Movements like OCCUPY THE WORLD or WE ARE 99% or the Indignant Citizens, are leading the way.

We do not need patriotism, we need Democracy, Justice and Dignity.
